Frequently Asked Questions

What is the commission process?

Commissions begin with a request form where you can share details about your idea. Once I review the request, I’ll reach out to confirm details and pricing. After approval and deposit payment, I’ll begin working on your piece.

Do you accept every commission request?

Not always. I review each request to make sure it’s a good fit for my schedule and skill set. If I’m unable to accept a request, I’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Do you use AI (Artificial Intelligence) in your art?

No - All of my work is drawn from hand. I start with sketches to find which direction the piece will go, utilizing brushes and other tools found in Clip Studio Paint.

Do you offer memorial commissions?

Yes - Memorial and emotionally sensitive commissions are handled with care and respect. If you have specific concerns or requests, feel free to mention them in your submission.

Do you accept LGBTQ+ themed art?

Yes - I’m happy to create artwork featuring LGBTQ+ characters, relationships, and identities.

Do you accept anthropomorphic art?

Yes - My skill in both human and animal anatomy allows me to create anthropomorphic characters or avatars. Simply mention you character or avatar is of this type and its species in the "Extra details" box on the commission form.

Do you accept NSFW art?

Yes - NSFW or adult 18+ content is offered separately and handled discreetly so as to avoid accidental viewing. These commissions may require age verification and additional guidelines. Upon request, I will discuss this with the client privately.

Do you offer commercial commissions?

Yes - Commercial commissions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require additional licensing depending on usage. If your artwork will be used for business, promotional, or monetized purposes, please select “Commercial Use” on the commission form and describe your intended use.

Commercial commissions include artwork used for business or monetized purposes, such as book illustration, merchandise, branding, websites, promotional materials, or content intended for resale or profit. If you’re unsure whether your project qualifies, feel free to select this option and describe your intended use.

How much does a commission cost?

Pricing depends on the type of commission, complexity, and any add-ons. Base pricing is listed in the commission form, and final quotes are provided after reviewing your request so everything is clear before work begins.

Do you offer bundles or group discounts?

Yes - These discounts are considered on individual basis. Simply fill out the form with what you're looking for and I will be happy to discuss pricing upon review.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payments are accepted via PayPal invoices. This allows secure transactions, clear documentation, and installment payments when applicable.

Additional payment options may be available upon request.

Do you offer payment plans or deposits?

Yes - As a general rule, I accept a deposit for half the amount of the total cost up front. Final payment is due after the beginning sketch has been approved in order to protect both artist and client. Additional fees may incur after final payment only if major revisions are requested before the piece is finished. Payment will be discussed during the review process and outlined in your invoice. Please see the Refund Policy for details.

Do you offer sales or discounts?

Yes - Throughout the year, holiday discounts will be available. I will let the public know when these sales begin on all social platforms. E-mail subscribers may be eligible for discount access before the public.

How long does a commission take?

Turnaround times vary depending on the project and current workload, but in general a work can be completed within 2-3 weeks. I do offer expedited delivery within at least 3 days for an extra fee. Complexity of the commission will apply. Otherwise, I’ll provide an estimated timeline once your commission details are confirmed.

How do you handle multiple clients?

Unless expedited delivery is requested and paid for, I work on a first come first serve basis. If there are other clients ahead of your order, I will let you know. I also provide an on site queue so you can see where you stand in line. This list will include your place in line (indicated by a number) and type of art to avoid confusion and uphold privacy.
I will accept your deposit payment once you are next in line and we're ready to begin.

Can I request changes or revisions?

Yes -  2-3 Revisions are typically included during the sketch or early design stage. Minor adjustments may be made later, but major changes after approval may incur additional fees at the artist's discretion.

What if I’m not sure how to describe what I want?

That’s okay! You can share reference images, inspiration, or even a general idea. I’ll help guide the process from there. I always strive to get as close to your vision as possible.

What if I need to cancel my commission?

Cancellations are handled based on the stage of the project. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Please see the Refund Policy for full details.

How will I receive my artwork?

All artwork is delivered digitally via email or secure download. No physical items are shipped.

What file format will I receive?

Final artwork is typically delivered as high-resolution PNG or JPG files unless otherwise discussed.

Can I print my artwork?

Yes - You may print your artwork for personal use. I recommend using a professional print service for best results. I’m not responsible for print quality or color differences from third-party printers.

Will my artwork be shared publicly?

Possibly - Finished artwork may be shared in my portfolio and for promotional purposes unless you request privacy in advance. Reference images are never shared publicly unless otherwise discussed.

What happens to the reference images I upload?

Reference images are used only to create your commission and are treated confidentially. They are not shared or published without your permission. Once the commission is completed, reference images will be deleted unless otherwise discussed.
