By submitting a commission request or working with Stardust Creations & Design, you agree to the following terms. These terms are in place to ensure a clear, respectful, and positive experience for both artist and client.
 

Commission Process
 

All commissions follow this general process:
 

• Commission request form submission

• Review and clarification of details

• Invoice sent for initial deposit for half of the total payment

• Work begins after payment terms are met

• Once sketch is approved, total payment is due in full before I continue

• Review and final delivery

 

Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance of a commission.
 

Payment & Pricing
 

• Pricing is discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

• A deposit will be required prior to starting work.

• Final payment is required after sketch approval.

• Additional fees may incur after final payment only if major revisions are requested. 

• Invoices are issued electronically.

All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
 

Revisions & Approvals
 

• 2-3 Revisions are typically included at the sketch or early design stage.

• Minor adjustments may be requested during final stages at the artist’s discretion.

• Major changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.

 

Digital Delivery
 

All artwork is delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.
 

Final files are delivered via email or secure download in standard image formats unless otherwise agreed upon.
 

Reference Materials
 

Clients may provide reference images to assist in the creation of artwork. By submitting reference materials, the client confirms they have the right to share and use those materials for artistic reference.
 

Reference images are used solely for commission purposes and are treated confidentially.
 

Cancellations & Refunds
 

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

• If a commission is canceled after work has started, the client may be billed for work completed up to that point.

• Refunds are not offered for completed digital artwork.

Memorial & Sensitive Commissions
 

Memorial and emotionally sensitive commissions are handled with care and respect. Special considerations may be offered at the artist’s discretion.
 

Artist Rights
 

• The artist retains the copyright to all artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Finished artwork may be displayed in portfolios or promotional materials unless the client requests privacy in advance.

• The artist reserves the right to decline or discontinue a commission for any reason.

 

Client Conduct
 

Respectful communication is expected at all times. Harassment, pressure, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation of the commission.
 

NSFW Content (18+)
 

Certain adult or NSFW commissions may be offered separately and are subject to additional guidelines and age verification. Such content is handled discreetly.
 

Changes to These Terms
 

These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
