
Refund Policy

Because all artwork is custom-made and delivered digitally, refunds are handled based on the stage of the commission.
* Once initial request is reviewed, a deposit for half of the total amount is made. The final payment is due upon sketch approval before I continue.

If a commission is canceled before work begins, any payment made may be refunded.

Once work has started, deposits are non-refundable as they cover time, planning, and creative labor.

Refunds are not offered after sketch approval or once final artwork has been delivered.
If a commission is canceled after work has begun, the client may be billed for work completed up to that point.
I strive to communicate clearly throughout the process to ensure expectations are met. If concerns arise, I encourage clients to reach out as early as possible so they can be addressed.
Memorial and emotionally sensitive commissions are handled with care. In exceptional circumstances, refunds or adjustments may be considered at the artist’s discretion.
